Welcome to the Fairfield Education Foundation
The Fairfield Education Foundation (FEF) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities for students in the Township of Fairfield. Originally founded in 2016, FEF entered a new chapter during the 2023–2024 school year, when a new Board of Trustees assumed leadership and began operating independently from the Fairfield School District, the Board of Education, and the HSA.
FEF provides a centralized source of supplemental funding for innovative programs and resources that go beyond the traditional school budget. Through the generosity of individuals, businesses, and community partners, FEF has raised over $100,000 to be awarded back to Fairfield schools through grants, directly supporting students and educators with meaningful educational opportunities.
Fairfield is a strong community with a shared commitment to educational excellence. The Fairfield Education Foundation exists to unite that support and invest directly in the success of our schools—today and for the future.

The Fairfield Education Foundation (FEF) is led by a team of dedicated volunteers — five board members, one treasurer, and three trustees — all parents of Fairfield Public School students. Alongside our generous community partners, we strive to make the educational experience in Fairfield Public Schools truly exceptional.
